I cannot say enough about the team at Sunny Darden Group at Compass. We decided to put out house on the market on a whim. Just to See what would happen as we are new empty nesters and really want to downsize. A whim turned into listing 2 weeks later and an offer in 4 days. Carrie and Sunny are amazing together. The attention they gave to making sure our house showed well in picture was something I wasn’t familiar with. Our house looked like it should be in a magazine! The thoughtfulness of their time and attention to the small details was something we appreciated. They helped us manage our stress levels and difficulty with wanting to leave what we built as our dream house. They truly care about how YOU are doing! We used them to get into our house when we built it and we used them to bring that season to a close. It’s been such a wonderful and easy experience.
